My favorite soup is homemade wonton soup. It is fresh and low in calories, but warms you up and fills your tummy. Cut up any or all of the following and add chicken broth mixture and some pot stickers.

bok choy, bean sprouts, green onions, chinese pea pods, water chestnuts, mushrooms, carrots, zucchini.

1 can chicken broth, 1 Tbsp low sodium soy sauce, 1 Tbsp Sherry, 1/4 tsp fresh ginger, 1/4 tsp minced garlic, pepper

4 Trader Joes chicken-cilantro small potstickers or 2 reg size vegetable or pork pot stickers.

Makes a large bowl for one under 180 calories. I bring it to work but add the broth mixture there and microwave for 4 mins so the vegies are still crisp and not over cooked. Make it vegetarian by using vegetable broth and vegie pot stickes. Make it a little hartier by adding sliced chicken and shrimp. Yum!
