My family loves instant white rice, and it's easy to make. Is there a healthy alternative that won't take 20-30 mnutes to make?

You can even buy frozen brown rice and it steams in the microwave, think it's Bird's Eye brand.

Brown rice. I would avoid instant varieties as they are often highly processed and don't have the same nutritional value as regular brown rice.

Mashed cauliflower with some parmesean cheese and 1 or 2 wedges of light laughing cow cheese. Save a ton of calories and much less carbs.

Instant brown rice. Also takes <10 minutes like white but has more nutritional value (fiber, less processed). Unlike the bagged brown rice that takes 45 minutes, this will turn out perfect and every time (baged turnes out gummy if you try to rush it).
