Lifetime Fitness Classes

Hello I am a member to lifetime fitness near my home and I am trying to get into a habit of attending some of the classes since they are included with the membership why not? I was wondering if anyone has tried any classes at lifetime and has any recommendations on which class or classes to start off in. (Dont wanna start off in a super hard class, but more work my way up). Was wondering if the cycle class is any good and what level of difficulty it is... I would not consider myself out of shape, but also not in the best shape and am looking to lose weight and tone up. Thanks.

The Strictly Strength classes at LifeTime is the best starter class they offer. I attend at least one a week.0

Actually I really like the cycle classes. Cycle is great for all levels. You can just take it at your own pace and its a great work out, burns a ton of calories. The only thing I would say is that you need to get the cycle shorts because they have extra padding in the crouch so that your butt doesn't get numb.
I have also attended the core classes and they are good as well.
Good luck and whatever you decide have fun.0 -
