Just woke up to a surprise wonderful Messsage in my e mail box from someone here. I can't tell you how wonderful it made me feel and it came at a time when it was greatly needed. People, nice surprise comments go a long way in helping us win this battle. I am so grateful for all your love and support and this one today put a much needed hop in my step after swimming for 90 minutes yesterday. "everything is sore" :tongue: .

Keep it up, we are one big team with one common goal, Living healthy and looking good :-)

    Aww that's great! Very inspiring to hear! I'm brand new here but I'm hoping this can be my weight loss tool that has a little "added support" of friends!
