Thought I would share!!!
TERIYAKI CHICKEN MAKES 4 SERVINGS
1/3 c oil
3 tbl vinegar
1 tsp mccormick italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tbl soy sauce
2 tsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
place chicken in ziploc bag and our remaining ingredients over chicken marinate for 30 minutes grill chicken 10-14 minutes or until done

STRING BEANS W/ BROWNED BUTTER AND ALMONDS
MAKES 7 SERVINGS
1/8 tsp salt
1 1/2 lb green beans, trimmed
2 tbl unsalted butter
3 c silvered almonds, chopped
2 tbl lemon juice
large pot of water boil over high heat, add salt and stir in beans
cook until tender 4-5 minutes
melt butter over medium heat in a skillet
add almonds and cook for about 3 minutes
stir in lemon juice
drain beans and add to skillet mix tossing to coat and salt to taste

1/4 c freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tsp grated orange zest
1 tbl lime juice
1 tbl olive oil
1 tsp grated ginger root
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp dried oregano, crushed
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
4 chicken breasts halves, boneless and skinless
combine orange juice, orange zest, lime juice, olive oil, ginger, garlic, hot pepper sauce, and oregano in ziploc bag mix, add chicken marinade 3hours-overnight
