30 Day Shred Question...

I just got this DVD, I love The Biggest Loser and Jillian Michaels.
The question I have is when did you change stages?
The DVD I have appears to have 3 stages, which to me says 10days of each stage.
Is this what you all did/do?

It's all up to you. I spent about 3 months on each level until I felt I was ready to move on to the next, but I only used it 3 times a week.0

I think most people do it 10/10/10 but if you find that you're ready to move to the next level faster than that, then I say go for it!!!!!!!!!!!!! If I remember correctly, I moved to level 2 after 6 days, but then did 12 days of level 2 before moving onto level 3. GOOD LUCK!:happy:0

I did one of the biggest loser workouts... LOVED it however, I waited 2 weeks. It's all depends too on when your body is ready for the next step up. If you are still findin it challengin after 10 days then wait til day 15. 30 days does not mean you have to stop after 30 days and it does not mean that you have to be @ level 3 in 30 days. but roughly 12 to 14 days to switch bc it takes your body 2 weeks to adjust and get use to a workout that's when you will want to change things up. But that's just my opioin.0

I have had the same question. I plan to change to the 2nd level once I am fully able to do level one, with good form and without finding it terribly difficult. I don't know if that will happen in 10 days or not. It's possible. If it doesn't I will continue with level one a bit longer.0

Yes, I moved up a level each 10 days. Level 2 is quite a big jump up from level one, so you may find that you need to do a few more days of that before feeling confident enough to try level 3, but level 3 isn't much harder then 2 in terms of cardio, but the strength moves are HARD. I just started another round today. I love this dvd!0

I just started it, too. I watched Level 1 first and thought to myself "That's not hard....I can do that" --- Hoo! That girl kicked my butt last night. LOL! I'm not in as good shape as I thought! I'm going to level up when I'm ready and not before. I don't think there's anything written in stone that says we have to finish anything in a certain amount of time. Good luck!0

I use this along with other cardio, so I shred 3ish times a week. When I could get through the whole level 1 without stopping and doing the moves closer to the advanced level than the beginner level, then I moved onto level 2. I would rather master the moves and work hard on a lower level than move on just b/c it's day 10...IMHO
Good luck, it's a great quick workout & FYI, do extra calf stretches at the end, my calves got so sore I could barely walk in the beginning...0 -
first 30 i did L2 only and these 30 im doing L3 only, next 30 ill rotate all Levels0
