7 WEEKS to make a difference

hey there guys this is my 4th day here lol

i need tips and encoragment to losse as much wieght as i can in a 7 WEEK time frame for hubbys birthday so i can go out in style and confidence PLEASEEEE HELP !!!!!!!

    Excercise and track you calorie intake. The good old saying "if you put in your mouth write it down" hold true. Drink at least 8 - 8oz glasses of water per day and you get there. Hope this helps.

    You can drop alot of weight just simply by eating clean and working out. Do some weight training (it wont make you gain weight) and lots of cardio @ least 30 min. a day 6 days a week. Depends on how much weight you have to lose but within 7 weeks can drop as much as 20lbs safely and keep it off. Don't try to lose more than that bc then you will have a higher chance of not being able to keep it off. But keep workin out and eat clean, drink your water and let your body go to work. Don't get discouraged if it takes more that 7 weeks to lose the weight. It takes time. It took me over a year to lose 75lbs and I did it without any problems and kept it off without any problems. So it's completly possible just take it one day at a time.
