Advice from trainers please

Ive got myself all confused, you see I've bought that much fitness equipment, I don't know what I'm doing anymore.
Should I have a plan of what exercise I should do on days? Or should I just do whatever I feel like ?
I am trying to lose body fat and add a little muscle and tone up. I'm 130 and 5' 2", so I'd like to lose a little weight, but more about toning now.
I have exercise DVDs including turbo jam and fire, cross trainer, exercise bike, power plate, membership to gym, and do power walking !!! I can only spare say 40-60 mins a day.
So guys just after some advice, I can't do all my things in a week, but what sort of mix should I do, and should I just restrict it to a few things, say do a few DVDs and gym, then after a few weeks mix it up again so my body doesn't get use to it, or just do whatever I like.
