And I couldn't have done it without all of you. I made the Delaware River Gap my ***** - took the steep one mile path which is half hiking, half rock climbing. It took about 3 hours. The return trip was much easier, and two miles long.

I thought I was going to die a few times going up, just getting winded, etc, but I wouldn't let myself quit. Then, I made it. It was probably one of the best feelings of my whole life - I'm actually doing this. I've conquered a mountain. And next week, another one gets conquered.

Thanks so much for everything, all of you.

I wish I had warn my HRM to find out exactly how many calories I burnt. I purposely left it off because I still haven't figured out how to silence the beepers when i'm outside my target zone. It was such a pretty and peaceful day, the last thing I wanted was to have everything messed up by a constant BEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEPBEEEP, lol.

Haha, that's why I turned off ALL sounds in my HRM
You probably have sth like "hr alarm" and "sounds" (that's how it is in my polar).

Good job! Climbing mountain is a great feeling. For me it's really close to yoga sometimes, almost like meditation.
