Antibiotics and weight loss

Question for you all: I'm on a course of antibiotics due to a dental surgery and my weight loss has stopped - in fact I gained back 2 lbs that I lost prior to the surgery. I'm working out and haven't changed my caloric intake. Thoughts?

It is temporary, don't worry about it. Be sure to keep your water intake up to flush out what the antibiotics are killing off. Also try to get in some yogurt or probiotics in to replace the good bacteria the antibiotics are killing off. If you are female (I didn't look) you might just as well get the yeast infection medication now too.
Good Luck!0
