Help with stir fry

I want to make stir fry tonight with fresh green, red, orange, yellow peppers and white onion. I am going to fry those and cut up venison but I'm not adding butter or oil. I will season but thats all. So would I count the calories as the same as if the veggies were raw?

I would consider adding a little bit of oil -- it's really not going to make a big difference in calories, but it will make a difference in taste!

I like to use a little conola spray just so the veggies won't stick and I'm not evaporating the vitamin in the veggies with water, but to answer your question it would be the same caloric count as raw for the veggies.
