Sweating 600 Club

I am posting a challlenge and I have never done this.But what the heck.

This challenge is to burn 600 calories perday with workout only, meaning housework is not counted as calories burn.
Do it a min of 5 days and at the end of the month see what our results are.

    Awesome! I've actually set something similar up for myself for the month of January. Trying to burn at least 3500 cals/week which is just a little under 600/day working out 6 days a week. I also track my water to make sure I'm getting enough.

    Challenge SW: 211.8
    Goal: I would really, really like to get to 199 but losing just 6lbs would be awesome too.

    January Week # 1
    MON - Calories Burned: 865 Water: 112 oz
    TUE - Calories Burned: 882 Water: 128oz
    WED - Calories Burned: 930 Water: 144 oz
    THU - Calories Burned: 758 Water: 144 oz
    FRI - Calories Burned: 1016 Water: 144 oz
    SAT - Calories Burned: 1017 Water: 152 oz
    SUN - Calories Burned: 0 Water: 128 oz

    Calories Burned: 5468/3500
    Daily Water Goal: 952 oz / 735 oz
