monday - smoked pork shoulder
ranch potato salad
bacon-cranberry brussel sprouts
pears

tuesday - oatmeal with pumpkin butter and granola
scrambled eggs with mushrooms, red peppers and pepperjack cheese
baked apple with cinnamon and red hots

wednesday - crab, corn and tomato salad with lemon-basil dressing in wheat pitas
broccoli and almond slaw
strawberries

thursday - leftovers

friday - chicken enchilada soup
guacamole and chips
pineapple

saturday - eat out at macaroni grill

sunday - tatortot casserole
spinach salad with sun-dried tomatoes, shredded carrots and feta
yogurt
honeydew melon

    Wednesday
