Hi all,

I'm new to this, tho been using the ipod app for 4 days now and back on the wii fit for the past week.

Tried diets hundreds of times before, you name it, I've done it. Never been one for calculating points or sins or values or whatever, so finding this fitnesspal app was a revelation for me!!

I am needing to shed almost half my weight but am not your normal 'chubster'. You know how Gok Wan asks women to look at other women of varying sizes, and they always think they're fatter than they are....well, I'm the opposite. In my mind I'm a stunning size 12...it's only when it comes to getting dressed to go anywhere nice that I realise that...I'm not!!

I have been flicking through the pages on here, so many inspirational stories, and even just your tickers, even if you're not at goal, any weight loss is amazing and I can't wait to become inspirational to someone else. x
