Wife and I just started last week to lose weight. She found this site and we are both using it to track or activities and calories, been good so far being honest and keeping the post's up. We bought a Nordic Track Eliptical trainer and started using it yesterday to help us out. This is a great site, and very informative as to what a portion is. Has really been an eye opener for me.

    Welcome! This site is great for tracking and the best way to be is honest even if you go over. Some days can be like that but just get back on track. I figure this is a lifestyle change and not a diet so I'm trying to eat right but not get bored. I think that is one of the biggest challenges. I don't want to hate how I'm eating since I'm italian and love food. I just have to eat healthier. Good Luck!
