hi, while hanging out on facebook, I saw a post by one of my friends about this site, so I checked it out and from what I have seen so far, it looks pretty awesome. I was going to re-join weight watchers this year, but I am going to try this for awhile to see where it gets me. I like how it calcalates things for me, total Plus!! Now I just need to surf around to find recipes too--hoping to see some on here--my goal is to lose around 30 pounds--hopefully by mid summer--wish me luck.

  • Hi. somone on fb told me about this sight. I need to get in shape i've been slacking for quite some time and have put about 30lbs on it seemed like it happened so fast but i know it was climbing all along. Today is the first day, and I don't feel all that optimistic about it right now. Only becuase every single time I loose weight I gain it back because I just 'stop" dieting. I hate that I have to continue to eat this way, it bothers me that I can't be one of those lucky ones that is just thin no matter what. The bigger bummer is that all my weight lives on my stomach area, my legs are thin, my arms i do see weight on my face and chin. So, does anyone have any good ideas for me in regards to being addicted to food, atleast that's how it feels to me.
