    i started my weight loss april 2010 i was a size 22 and i am now size 14 and lovin life!!! and more weight to come i have also lost a total of 70 lbs and i to can bye clothes again

    I like this sentence . For a week I exercised everyday - can see results already ( tiny but yes, they are ! )

    first you look great ---and losing 70 lbs is like losing a person i know my back and legs feel sooooo much better it is funny once you loose the weight your mind thinks you can still eat big but i got sick and still do if i over eat . it actually hurts so . i am a much happier person now . and my blood pressure is great now and before was about to have take meds.
