Hi Everyone,

I've been using this app on my iPod Touch and it's been great. But I find myself starting to lose motivation and so I thought I would say hi and see what others are up to.

Starting weight: 248
1st Goal Weight: 220

    Lost close to 10lbs so far, but today I went from 238.8 to 239.4 which was very dissappointing. I hope to do a little exercise today to get that back down!

    Any one have any suggestions? :cry:

    Hi, Im in London Ontario, so thought I'd say hello!

    Looking to keep myself motivated. I currently have 20lbs to lose and absolutely dread going to the gym, and with this cold weather, it certainly makes it hard to want to do any exercise!

    Don't lose motivation!! Also don't weigh your self every day because the weight will fluxuate. Do it once a week and weigh right when you wake up thats when you will weigh the least!! Just try to at least walk if nothing else. Even if its 10 minutes, that will lead to 20, then 30 ect.. I love this calorie counter Its hard to believe all the calories that can add up!! Just do it one day at a time and try to eat healthy.. you can do it!!!
