Hello, I just recently found out about this website and decided to join. I've been dieting it feels like my whole life. Always up and down. I'm getting married in May and have been trying to eat right and exercise on my own but it hasn't been working the way I would have liked it to. My first fitting is in March and I'm hoping to lose at least a little weight before then.
Since Ive joined I have weighed myself and already lost 4 lbs.! But I'm going to wait until the week mark to put it in just in case it fluctuates.
If anyone has words of encouragement please add me as a friend, I need all the help I can get!!
