arms and thighs are my problem! they just wobble!

so. i need advise. what should i invest in (bear in mind i am a skint student). i want to be able to walk around the pool and feel sexy. WITHOUT THE WOBBLE!!!
just looking on argos, came across a thigh trainer that can also be used for chest and arms... unfortunatly, its sold out atm... i want to get going asap to look my best in june!

any cheap toners, or weights from UK shops would be fantastic!

    Cycle as much as possible must be plenty hills in Wales. Tesco weights on sale get the push-up bars less than a fiver. All the best from Scotland.

    lol, i don't have a bike and im not in uni in wales!!! there isnt a tesco near me either :(
