Hi all, I'm Sarah and I've recently joined the site to FINALLY begin tracking my calories in and out. I know this is the only true way to lose and keep off the weight, so I'm committing myself. This past week I began drinking more water and managing my food (but wasn't tracking) and I'm down 7 lbs. I have a long way to go, but those first 7 lbs are a huge confidence booster.
