Day 3 feeling Great

Okay, I wrote two days ago stating that i finally started doing my wii fit. on day one, i did an hour, with mostly the games. Yesterday i did another hour, with a mixture of aerobics (basic and advanced step). some strength exercises, and two rounds of the island cycling (basic). Yoga as well, and a few of the games.
Today, I stepped up a little more. started with a ten minute warmup/strength exercises. Then i did 20 minutes of free step, and then the island cycling course (almost 5 miles) then i did some yoga to finish up (20 minutes).
Although my legs hurt a little bit, I feel great.

Awesome! Keep it up! After the first month of working out, I noticed I feel quite crappy if I don't, which is a great motivator.0
