Vitamins Query

Should I still take multivitamins while doing this and trying to eat better? My Vitamin A & C intake are still particularly high, so I cut them out 2-3 days ago. I stopped taking my Cod Liver Oil capsules too, which I take for my creaky knees and thought I could take them when needed. Also, tangerines appear to be high in Vitamin C, so would you recommend eating them? I think 2 tangerines = 1 portion of fruit..

Vitamins should be used to "supplement" your diet. So if for some reason you are low on something then taking a vitamin to bring it up to recommended daily %'s is a good idea IMO. (it is a touchy subject with some people) I have bad knees as well and take 5ml liquid fish oil each night. Do it before bed cause the burps aren't nice. Sorry TMI :P0

Thanks! I'll monitor this over the next couple of weeks to see what I need. Haha nah I don't like the burps myself from the capsules! I take them first thing in the morning, and have needed to over the last 3 years, where it started in my right knee.0
