Myfitnesspal.com was EXTREMELY useful to me when I started using it around March of last year. I was really disciplined about my eating habits until I fell off the wagon in the summer. Since then I gained back all 8 pounds I had lost and a couple more. AS of a week ago, though, I have been carefully choosing and tracking all of my foods. I have also stopped eating processed sugar, which I find always helps me jumpstart my health kicks.

The goal? 20 pounds by the time I turn 40, and then another 10 - 15 after that to get back to my ideal weight. It's aggressive - about 2 pounds a week. But in the first week, I hit my first target. And my hubby has started to use mfp, too. We are helping each other, shopping for healthy foods together and even cooking together. It's WONDERFUL to have him committed along with me this time around.

Back and ready! Good luck, All! 2011 is going to be a good year, I think . . .
