Hi,
I'm thinking of buying a twist board tomorrow for a bit of extra toning for my waist. I don't have much space for storage so I like how compact they are.

Has anyone got one? What are your opinions of it? Also I can't find it in the exercise database, does anyone know how many calories it burns?

    I have one. I haven't used it with my HRM yet.. actually I haven't used it much lately at all. Usually I'm on it while watching TV. sometimes holding a weight in front of me. I can't say that I'm uber impressed with it. But for 10 bucks eh.. why not..? :ohwell:
