so i have gone over in protein:frown: the past few days while staying in my calorie range... is this a real bad thing...?

I don't think so. I have my goals set up so 55% of my daily intake is protein, 25% carbs and 20% fat. Everyone is different though. If you are working out a lot you need protein to build muscle.0

I don't think it's a bad thing, as long as it's not an insane amount. I do better when I have plenty of protein, so I kind of need to go over what the site recommends for me if I want to feel good and not feel like I'm starving all day. Go by what your body is telling you. If you're feeling good and seeing results, don't worry about it.0

My protein is up too along with my fat intake. This is my first week so this is all new. I know the eggs I ate this morning did not help.0

from what i've read the protien is set rather low on here as long as your not insainly over then you should be fine0
