FitBit Reliability Question

I have been considering the fitbit but after looking at the Amazon reviews I am a little concerned about how this product will last. Any users who have had the fitbit more than 3 months (seems many of the Amazon complaints were about product failure after a couple months) still love it? problems with it? TIA
