School lunch?

Tmrw is my first day back to school after break on my diet, what should I pack to eat. I'm on the 1200 cal diet and I'm vegitarian.

    I'm also at 1200 cal/day and a vegetarian. This is what is in my lunch:

    Breakfast: organic frosted flakes, blueberries, and milk

    Post work out protein shake

    Lunch: Tomato, Mozzarella and balsamic vinaigrette salad

    Snack #1: Hummus and wheat thins
    Snack #2: cherries, blackberries, grapes

    Dinner will be pepper steak veggies and rice (my hubby eats all the meat)

    There are tons of options out there. Subscribe to Vegetarian Times...it's a great magazine or at least check out the web site.
    Another great resource is www.vegweb.com, it's my favorite site for recipes. I'm a life long vegetarian, feel free to PM me if you want to chat.
