Calorie/weight count question?

When you have raw meat do you count the weight cooked or raw?

    That's just how it's done. Like when you get a 1/4 pound hamburger, that's the precooked weight. Just like with pasta, you weigh it before it's cooked because that's the only way to get a consistent weight.
