Trying to lose weight after my little man!

Hi all! I'm Sarah and I made a myfitnesspal profile a long time ago, but am just now joining the forum. I've decided I really have got to shift some of my weight, I weigh 260 lbs, which is my heaviest, even heavier than when I was 9 months pregnant!

Hoping that being here on the message boards will help give me motivation and some accountability!

    Hi I am new here ( a couple of day ago) but I LOVE it! I have 3 little ones and am ready to lose all of the weight! I weighed in at 240 and couldn't believe how I had even gotten to that point! It is a new beginning and I wish you the best of luck!!!!

    Thanks! I have gone over my calorie goal a little the past couple days, but I have managed to exercise both days, which is a major step in the right direction since I'm fairly sedentary most of the time!

    My biggest issues are mindless snacking and portion sizes.
