Ginger Fruit Salad

1/3 cup ginger ale
1 TB Honey or light bronw sugar
1/2 TS grated lime peel
2 TS Fresh lime juice
3 cups fruit of your choice


In large bowl, combine ginger ale, honey, lime peel and lime juice. Mix well.

Add all remaining ingredients. Stir gently to combine. Cover. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serviing.



1/2 cup serving= 50 cal, 0 fat, 13g carb, 2g fiber, 11g sugar, 1g protein
