Dry pasta v. Cooked pasta

Hi!
I'm trying to work out the calories for my wholemeal pasta, but am having problems! I'm eating Sainsburys wholemeal pasta, but dont know if the myfitnesspal listing is for the dry or cooked weight - does anyone know?
Also, if I wanted 100g of pasta cooked, do you know how much I need to put in dry? The whole different weight between dry and cooked is completely throwing me!
Thanks,
Lauren

If you want 100g of pasta cooked, you need to make 50g dry. As far as the nutrition info, I have no idea. You could probably do an online search but on all the pasta I've ever seen the nutrition value is for dry.0
