Hope everyone is well on their way to recovering from the holiday season. I was happy, bought myself a treadmill last week on a great deal (70% off)! Unfortunately, only got to use it once before coming back to work. I did buy myself an exercise bike though that is small enough to bring to work with me, so I have been getting some good burns with that. Down 1 pound from last week, so very happy with that. Saw a number a little bit lower a few days ago, but recording what I weighed today!

I will be sending out a message to all the members I can find that haven't been weighing in, to let them know where the new thread is. If you are friends with any of these people, please contact them and let me know. Thanks!

    Finally had a real loss last Friday! I've been stuck since before Christmas, so I'll take a pound happily! Unfortunately I had a bit of an indulgent weekend. Thai food and drinks with Randy on Friday night, and snacking entirely too much at my aunt's house on Saturday. I did hit the gym hard Sunday morning and I kept my eating in check yesterday. I'm gonna need to focus for the next few days to get my weight back to where it was. AND I've got my business trip this week from Wed-Sat. I think I'm gonna try to avoid eating out as much as possible while I'm in San Diego. I'll have a rental car so I can go to a grocery store and get some food. I want to see 149 already!!! Hopefully I come back from Cali the same weight I leave and my weigh in isn't completely shot.

    Seeing this topic again makes me feel a bit better. I am only down 0.4 from last week, but I need to remember that I've come along way in the last several months. & I am gaining muscle [& losing fat too!] according to my scale so that makes me happy. Of course I'd like to be in the 160s next week, but I'm going to do my best not to stress about it :smile: Oh, & it's TOM so hopefully next week will be a bit lower!

    It is a motivational group we started to try and lose 20 pounds in 20 weeks. This is the second time through for some of us, hence the part 2. 9 weeks left, and new members are always welcome!

    Copy the most recent chart into a new post and take your current weight for today, and place it in the first 2 columns, and 0 pounds in the last in the last row. Next week, come back again (this time look for 20 in 20 part 2: Week 12), and record any changes.

    Okay, I just sent reminder emails to mybutterflower, Kaye8395BTS, Brittany689, UltimateLover, dk82, and see_ruff_loose.

    I am going to be sending to whittrusty and idivadi as soon as it will let me. Is anyone else friends with the others? Some only put real names, not aliases, so I am going to do some hunting in old posts. Let me know if you contact anyone!

    I'm doing pretty good. Managed to loose even with the holidays which I think is fantastic. I was set to be happy if I didn't gain. Haven't weighed in yet this week. Will do that later and come back to update if I was a good little girl. :flowerforyou:

    Glad to see some people back!

    I'm down another 0.8 lbs this week. I was down to 204.2, but it's my TOM, so it'll go down again in the next day or so. Can't wait to get into the 190s!!

    Thanks Aerie for the message. It helped me write this one-- I have been battling with the fact that I have not lost any weight. I felt sad and embarrassed to admit it to a group--even though we are all strangers--weird eh? The message today helped me think about my weight loss journey. I am giving myself the credit for tracking my intake for over 80 days, for exercising(not as much as I dream of but actually exercising) . The weight loss will have to follow. I did make a recommit after xmas and hopefully MR SCALE will soon agree.
    Congrats to all who are losing and also to those of us who are living healthier. So next week I will find the this thread and I will record.
