Hello! I just joined myfitnesspal today About 6 years ago, I weighed over 240 lbs. I lost 60 lbs with diet and exercise and was able to keep it off for a couple years. However, over the last 2 years, I have been dealing with some medical issues that caused my weight to quickly creep up. Since March 2010, I was diagnosed with Celiac's Disease and have also discovered I am lactose intolerant. I ran (and finished) a full marathon and a half marathon in 2010 and despite the training, I didn't lose a single pound! I have decided to keep a food journal and make exercise an even more regular activity. Good luck to all of us!!
