Hi there,
I am new to myfitnesspal, but not to tracking. I have been reading this blog that's totally inspired me to do this (and reminded me how successful tracking your food really can be). I tried SparkPeople a while back and while I find it potentially equally effective, there were just too many bells and whistles for me.
(excuse the mis-spelling in the title. i could not figure out how to edit it)
