I had what I call a burger wrap.

1 la tortilla high fiber low carb tortilla (large size)
1 original boca burger
1 slice ff american cheese
lots of shredded iceberb lettuce
mustard

cook the burger, top it with the cheese, cut it into bite size pieces,nuke the tortilla for a few seconds, then layer everything in the tortilla and enjoy.This is sooooo good!!!

cal 188 carb 30 fat 4 protein 26

    they sell them in the grocery store that I work for but you can probably buy them anywhere.

    the fajita size ones are only 50 calories, and the large ones are 80

    400 cals and way stuffed - I could have stopped and I didn't he he he. :P

    270 Cals - Chick Fil A Chargrilled Sandwhich (Could have done without the bun but my pre-cycle self said I WANT CARBS!!!) mmmmmm that tomato was so juicy, too!

    + Honey Mustard BBQ Sauce
    70 Calories (I could have done without it but it is so good and it's sweet - I've neer liked mustard anything before - really surprised. Totally planned in advance.)

    + Medium fruit cup

    = 400 calories

    woooooooooooooo!

    I'm going to drink LOTS of water and a cup of peppermint tea.

    I'm eating the same for dinner minus the bun and the fruit and the sauce.
    Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

    My stomach will be happy for quite awhile.

    Someone said you should eat breakfast like a king, lunch lightly and dinner like a homeless person!

    I love seeing every one's ideas for lunch. I really want to learn more about the "boca burger" that many of you are talking about.

    I had a turkey and avocado wrap on whole wheat tortilla and some tomato, onion, and cucumber salad!
