Does anyone have it? Any feedback or thoughts? I'm about to buy it.
I used to have a Polar HRM, but the chest strap burned me, so I thought I'd try this. It looks like it's only an arm strap. Am I correct?
Thanks!:flowerforyou:

I've been using one for over a year and I love it. You're right, it is just an arm strap. One thing - it's NOT a HRM. It monitors various other things, but not your heart rate. It is still supposed to be accurate for estimating calorie burn, though. I personally like it more than a HRM because it's specifically designed to be worn all day, including while you sleep, while HRM's are only accurate for estimating exercise calories. After a week or so you'll get used to wearing it and won't even notice it anymore.0
