Cramping

I've been getting alot of cramps in my ribs/mid section. Has anyone experienced this? This has happened before i started working out, and sometimes happens WHILE working out.

i used to get them if I excercised too close to a meal
how is your water intake?0 -
is it predominately on the right side? If it is and it is not exercice related, that's were your gallbladder is located.0

it may have been my water intake. I havn't had one in a while...but it wasnt in one spot, it'd be on the right side/left side of my ribs, if i tried to stretch that out, i'd get a cramp in my back on the opposite side.0
