Hi,
I joined late last year while looking for weight tracking apps on my ipod...just started tracking foods and water a few days ago. Since I'm a new Mom (baby boy born May 2010) still breastfeeding mildly concerned I've dropped 4 lbs. so far even though I log and consume the calories from breastfeeding (under food...adds 300 cal) and any activity (dog walking etc.). Any experience with this? We are going to Jamaica March 28th and I'll be returning to work May 30th so I'd like to be able to fit into my old cloths by then! Guess I'll need to learn to embrace my hunger to get there LOL!

You have to test out what works for you, eating all your exercise calories or just some. I wouldn't be concerned with the 4lb loss. How many days did it take you to lose that? It may just be water weight. Try to just weigh yourself once a week, it will take some time for your body to adjust to the changes in your lifestyle.0
