Workout after Blood drive

I am donating blood this morning at work. After that I am planning to do my C25K and elliptical at the regular noon hour. Will that be ok?

    You may want to take it easy--drink lots of water and a lower intensity. I have been wiped after giving blood before. They actually encourage you to take it easy as you won't be getting as much oxygen circulating as you are used to...

    I agree take it easy today. I read some where that the body uses 600 calories just replacing the blood you donated.

    Thanks guys. I decided to workout first and donate blood later. Currently i m on table donating :)
