Weights Used in Power 90

Does anyone know what hand weights Tony Horton uses during the various exercises in Power 90? (In the Sculpt 1-2 and 3-4 routines). I've just completed the C25K plan and completing this is my next goal. I'm looking for what weights are used so I can set my goals accordingly.
