hi, i'm new to the website and think its a great help, but i've got an evening out coming up soon and woundered if there was a database for the cals in pub food on here so i can plan what to eat in advanced ??

    Some restaurants list calories online or have it available in the restaurant.

    If it is a small establishment they may not

    Try livestron.com they have a ton of stuff on there and it seems to be accurate.
