Yogurt woes.....

I drink the danacol (by danone) yogurts and they have 4grams sugar each. They are small though.0

Stay away from artificial sweetners.
I'd take sugar over those nasty chemicals anyday.
Enjoy your yogurt. It could be worse.0 -
Today I found a new yogurt... I'm not sure how long it's been out, since I've always just reached for one kind and I never really looked around, but after watching my sugars I realized that I'd have to start doing something different.
The kind I found is called Yoplait FiberOne. One yorgurt cup, or 4 oz, has the following nutrition information (this is for the strawberry kind, they also have blueberry and key lime varieties, which I'm sure you could look up online) --
Calories: 50
Fat Calories: 0
Total Fat: 0

It contains Aspartame, so it would be a no-go for some people. But I was thrilled to find it! I love yogurt, but 26 sugars is just too much for me.0
