I am obviously new here hence me posting in the introduction part. I'm 26 years old and determined to get these last 18 pounds off! I have a really hard time eating enough calories though. Every time i track my food it says i'm under goal. Well, it hard to eat that much. I was eating the same when I lost 40 lbs. But now the weight is even harder to get off. I lost a pound last week at least.. I would love to loose at least 2 lbs a week. I know I could always do it the unhealthy way like cutting out all carbs, but i wont. Been there done that. This to me is a lifestyle change. So if any of you could help me out and suggest a meal replacement drink, bars, or something else I could do I'd appreciate it. I have only been working out for about 30 minutes 5 days a week because that's all the time I have. I was working out an hour each day at the gym. Some things happened in life and its not really possible with my son and working FT. HELP!
