suggestions for low impact exercise?

Hi there, so I am currently in the process of healing a stress fracture at the base of my big toe so I haven't been able to dance at all. I still want to stay in shape though so I'm looking for some low impact exercises to help keep me in shape until I'm fully healed. I have a home elliptical and access to my school's fitness center so any suggestions? I'm determined that this won't completely derail my fitness regiment.
