I drink so much less soda. For example, I used to go out to dinner and just keep refilling the sodas. There were times when I'd go through 4 in a night. Now, when I go out, I still have one soda but then refill with water. I'm also trying to always do diet and not have caffeine after lunchtime... but I cheat on those sometimes.0

I no longer watch tv and eat 3 chocolate bars: I have celery, carrots and dip!0 -
I've just pretty much added in exercise. I've always eaten pretty healthy, that's not my prob...my prob is, since school and work and all, I haven't really done any workouts.
Oh, I guess I did cut WAY down on how often I drink...that's gotta help with the cals:)0 -
I think about every single thing that goes into my mouth. I ate fairly healthy before this, but I wasn't losing (or gaining). I learned the hard way that even if food is healthy, it has calories..so portions are another thing that I have changed and it has helped tremendously!0

Wow! I've changed a lot of things:
I have drastically reduced the number of sodas I drink
No more caffiene
Lots of water
Eat breakfast every day
Eat 5-6 small meals a day
Eat more whole foods and a lot less processed foods
I actually cook instead of going out a lot or throwing things in the microwave.
I exercise at least 60 minutes every day.
I didn't do it all at once. I just added a step at a time until it became a new habit.0 -
I have stopped drinking cokes. That was the one thing that I thought that I could never do, but I did. I have found out if you put your mind to it you can accomplish anything.0

I havn't had pop in a month, I havn't had fast food (excluding subway) in 2 1/2 months, I havn't had ice cream in 2 months, and I now understand the importance of vegetables. Do you know, there were days when I would go a whole day (or 2 or 3 in a row) without eating a full serving of vegetables?? Now I get at least 3 everyday!0

i added lots of walks/jogging on the beach, cut out most of the soda, i do have a diet one occasionally, i drink lots of green tea and water, and eat more salad and veggies than before i do still have my night time snack but i just REALLY control the size or calories but if i really want something i eat then cut something out elsewhere
portion control!!!!! which is hard
count every calorie that i consume even nibblets0 -
I no longer drink 5 cups of coffee with double cream and double sugar every day. I only drink 2 cups with only a little skim milk and actually drink 4-8 cups of water, and have exercised more in the past week than I did all of the last few years.0
