Core work woes

I'm finding that I'm getting muscle cramps in my abdomen when I do my core workouts lately. Just wondering if there's anything I can do preemptively to keep this from happening? I could get a lot more done if i didn't feel like I had a charlie horse in my gut lol. Thanks in advance!

I do cobra stretches inbetween sets of core work if my abs start cramping. Here is a video because I couldn't figure out how to explain it with words..hope it helps!

Lots and lots and lots of water. . .this will help. Remember to do core exercises when the body is warm and stretch when you are done.0
