I am starting a Zumba class tonight. It is an hour long class. How should I add it to my exercise log?

The best way to log it is with an HRM but otherwise you can log it under Aerobics, high impact or Dancing, aerobic, ballet or modern, twist!

Of course you should add it!... I add every lillte bit of exercise I do. If I clean the house for 30 minutes, I add it.0

I have a HRM, which is awesome..... When I do zumba, calories burned all depends on the teacher & songs during the hour. I burn anywhere from 425-600 per hour. Of course, everyone is different though.0

Take a look at http://www.zumbacalories.com enter your weight, workout duration & intensity and it will calculate how many calories you have burned based on average metabolic rates0
