I need to lose 2 stone before my wedding in 10 months time, is this doable? xx

    1 "stone" equals 14 pounds, so she wants to shed 28 pounds. Boy, I don't know...by the picture that seems a bit much to lose! But in any case, spread over 10 months that should certainly be doable! Congratulations!
