OK,,, I really don't understand how you are supposed to log weight training...help please!!!

    Enter it individually (bench press, flys...) or enter it as circuit training. Individually let's you enter in the reps and weight - so it may be more accurate?

    Under EXERCISE, go to WEIGHT TRAINING to enter it.

    I use strenght training under cardio....

    I use "exercise," "Cardio," "strength training" to see my calories burned, then if you want to keep tracks of reps, etc., keep that logged in towards the bottom. Good luck!

    Thanks "pals", I didn't realize I could log it under cardio, that is great because I don't know the names of the things I do in the weight room.
